ES Trans mount.

When I intalled my ES Trans Mount I started getting the normal vib through the car. But I was reading somewere that it might be the angle of my mount with the driveshaft. I just want to know if I take that metal plate that came with the mount out, would that lessin the vib.

I would leave the preload plate on there. Taking is out does decrease some of the vibration but it is not generally advised.
