What year 700R4?
Is it possible to tell from the outside what year a 700R4 is, and if so could someone help me out here? For some reason it looks a bit different than my '90s 700R4, the tailshaft especially (seems narrower):

Is this gap between the cover and trans casing normal? I don't think my 90 is like this:
