88 Camaro 2.8 Auto Speedo cable or VSS ?
My brother bought a 88 Camaro that had no tranny and related in it. we got a trans from a 90 Firebird 3.1 but it doesn't have anything at the hole, i can't remeber if 88 Camaro's had a VSS or a speedo cable. my 87 Firebird 2.8 had a cable.

It is cable driven if it's a stock 88 Camaro. You will probably need the sleeve, the inner and outer seals on the sleeve, the driven gear, the bracket that holds the sleeve, and the retaining bolt for that bracket.
