non WC T-5 ok for stock 350??

have a chance to pick one of these up. will it hold up to stock 350 TPI?? heard these are pretty weak but those opinions mostly come from people who own cars with lots of power under the hood. mine is not one of those. and its a daily driver. thanx.

just dont go around power shifting all day and you should be fine
