I am in Taiwan, there is a problem last time I drove on the freeway, it won't go 3th and 4th speed suddenly...... there was nothing happened before this, they wanna charge me US750 to repair it..... I think it is too high, is there any thing I can do ??

Sounds like the pump is going out or is out....not enough pressure to make it shift above 2nd. Not being there and inspecting/driving the car is my best guess. It does need to be rebuilt, or so it sounds. i hope I have helped, Cocacolakidd.
