all 3/8" diameter
about 1 and 1/4" on bellhousing bolts length, just measure, its easy
on the converter bolts i always just go get three grade 8 3/8" diameter bolts about an inch long and three nuts too and i put nut on each bolt and tighten all way up and cut bolts shorter how long i need and then back nut off bolt in bench vice to fix end of threads, then i grind thickness of the nuts down thinner so nuts will fit in converter, and maybe grind them a little on sides too to help fit in converter better,
all done
or go pull the hardware from donor GM vehicle
personally, i make my own, or dig through my boxes and bins of past hardware from 60s-90s vehicle part outs and cut ups, but its quicker to make my own ones almost every time, so i do that instead usually
good luck

If you call your local GM dealer, they can get you the origional hardware that came with the car. Just order bellhousing bolts and convertor bolts. You don't need a part number or answers to any tricky questions. Just year, make, and model.
They won't laugh at you or think you are strange, and these are still available.
For the ump-teenth friggin' time: YOU CAN STILL GET ALMOST ANYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR 3RD GEN FROM THE DEALER!!!
