Engine: L98 4150 carb
Transmission: Transgo 700-r4
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt/3.23
need trans help

hey i got an 145,000 mile 89iroc with a minor sliping trans, i wanna get the pro built transgo shift kit with the vette servo. will the trans have to be pulled for this?

also will the pro built transgo kit fix the trans slipage prob or make it worse?

There is no guarantee, but if the 3-4 clutches are still in decent shape, it will help. Worse case scenario, you still can use the parts on the next rebuild.

can i install the kit with the tranny in the car or do i have to pull it?
