Axle/Gears: 4.08 VLSD
Shift kit + 130k mi tranny....
Ok, possibly a dumb question, but I would like to know.
My transmission has 130,000 miles on it, and as far as I know, works fine. Doesnt slip or anything.
Would I be doing it much harm by installing a shift kit? What about a vette servo or any of the other usual goodies?

Really? So, .500 boost valve, vette servo, the works?
I was thinking just a street/strip one anyways. Not like there's ever going to be a lot of power put through this thing, I just hate it how the thing will only even so much as chirp the tires into second, forget about third.
