Axle/Gears: 2.77 - 3.70
Wrong fluid error
We just instaleed a new th350 in my friends car. He got the wrong fluid and filled it with ford type f. Is this a major error that will cause problems?

Plenty of people waste money on B&M Trick Shift fluid to get the same thing. It will shift a little firmer, but it isn't likely going to hurt anything. If you want, it's easy enough to drain the fluid and put in Dexron.
