Shifter linkage help...

Those of you with 4l60e swaps, what did you do for shifter linkage. I bought shift lever from summit that supposed to hook with the stock thirdgen shift cable and it does but I can only get the shifter to pull it back from Park to Neutral to Reverse to OD to D and it gets hard when putting in to 2nd and 1st due to the leverage(which im still tryin to solve). However I can not get it to push the shifter lever forwards from D to OD to Reverse ect ... I can physically put it in park but the cable doesnt put the trans in park. Any ideas or other ways of hooking it up? Thanks

Chris
