gears vs. mph
I just bought a 85 z28 with a 350 bored .30 stock intake mild cam 10 inch wide tires on back with 3:23 and wondering what mph/mpg i would get with 3:73 and a th350

The gas mileage wouldn't be a big enough change to worry about it. i'm going from a 2.92 to a 3.73 and the gas will hardly change i've been told. maybe a 10% increase in fuel consumption.

good deal i'm not too worried about gas cause i allready know it's a hog but i am wondering what the car will be like on the highway and what the top speed will be at what rpms.....will 75 be a problem at a descent rpm?
