Advice on Price of Reman 700R4

I am replacing the 700R4 in my 87 z28 with a TH350.

I want to sell the remanufactured 700R4. It has less than 100 miles on it since being installed. I paid around $1000 + core when I bought it.

My question is, would $600 be a reasonable selling price since it is still practically brand new?

This is their website: Accurate Trans

If you have the paperwork to show the buyer that the rebuild was done by a shop I would think that you are asking fair money. As a rule of thumb, I try to buy and sell used items for 50-60 cents on the dollar. If the trans still has some warrantee left, this may help boost your price.

I bought this transmission from a local store that reps for Accurate Transmissions. Accurate actually does the rebuild at their facility. It doesn't have any warranty left because I didn't install it when I bought the trans. When I finally got around to installing the trans the warranty was gone. I drove on it for about 100 miles then I decided to put a motor in with more horsepower and a TH350 trans. The trans is in great shape and shifts firm. The car is not a daily driver so I was not that worried about gas milage.
