I have an 84 camaro Z28 and the tranny needs work. the mechanic that usually works on my car says he thinks it needs a sprag. but I'm wondering if there's any way to know for sure before i go trying to have it replaced. or would it be cheaper to find a rebuilt tranny?
I'm trying to sell the car, but if I can fix it for not too much that's another option.
and where does one find these parts that GM no longer makes?
