Car: 1991 Trans-Am
Engine: 350 TPI (SLP mods from factory)
Transmission: 700 R4 (built with 2500 stall)
Axle/Gears: 3.23 Disc Posi
700r4 to T-56
I have found many links form this site on how to do this procedure, so i will ask how it is done. I know I can swap them out and get the T-56 working, however it seems to be allot of work, so I was just wondering from those who have done it before........
Was it worth it?
Do you like it better?
How long did it take to complete?
Do I need to get third gen brake/clutch pedal assembly or fourth gen?
Do I need to get a new console? and if so third gen or fourth gen?
I did not see answers to some of these questions (console and pedals that is)
I saw the site where I can get the cross members already made:
Should I get it made already, or make my own?
