Transmission Harness

I have a TH350 I am considering having rebuilt, but I do not know if it is a "lockup" transmission or not. It has a vacuum modulator line, the kickdown & shifter cables, and also a small electrical harness. Does the harness tel you that it is a 350C, or is it something different entirely ?
