is this the crossmember i need?

I put a TH350 in my car and bought the hurst swap kit, which sucks by the way. I know I need a crossmember out of an early car with the 200C or 4 speed. I never saw one but is this the one?

Neither one will work. They are not

If you can try to find the b&m crossmember piece online. I got lucky and got mine from Likenz24 for next to nothing. I purchased the b&m kit from ebay and it was missing the crossmember piece.

The B&M kit is definetly much better than the hurst. No modification required.
