I took the t-5 out of my 86 camaro and put a turbo 350 in it. After I bolted it up I had to modifiy the cross-member, after that I started to bolt up the torque coverter to the flexplate, the converter slides out of the key at the base of the input shaft on the tranny?

Yes thats the key. I forgot what that was. What do you think is wrong.
