Hey, I was wondering if a posi-carrier (for a ford 9") that is set at a break away torque at 200ft lbs is good or not? What is the normal numbers, even for a 10bolt?

Thats really about normal. I believe, the ones meant for drag racing such as the one that I see in the Moroso catalog are 500-800 ft/lbs, IIRC.
