Engine: 434ci
Transmission: turbo 400 3500 stall transbrake
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 4.10 spool'd
bell housing

will a bell housing from a 6cyl fit a 8cyl will it work i know i need a new clutch and pressure plate what else do i need to make it work

No it won't work, the bolt patterns are different on the V6 and V8.

Axle/Gears: 3.73, 3.90, 4.88, 3.55, 3.54, 7.00
Unless it's from a 4.3 V6 no. The 4.3 uses a V8 bellhousing (it's a 350 with two cylinders lopped off, as opposed to a narrow V clean sheet design like the other V6s).
