ok i just found this on the search,
153
12¾"
so assuming this is the stock specs for a 86 and up t5, where can i find a flywheel with the same teeth and diameter, but with the wider bolt pattern, for the internal balanced motor, i belive which is the 1 piece main seal
also to give an idea of my problem, the motor is from i belive a 76-79 Camaro, so the flexplate that was in it was rather large, the flywheel i have wont fit the back of the crank being as the bolt pattern doesnt line up and the center hole isnt large enough, but i need the same over all diameter for it to work with the starter.

153 teeth (which uses a starter having parallel unequal length bolts)
clutch it takes is 10.5" (10.75" on 80s Vette pressure plate w/ special bolts)

No, 10.5" is the usual clutch disc diameter. Not the dia of the flywheel. You're overcomplicating this. For your pre-86 SBC, all you need simply is an 84 Camaro flywheel.
85-down SBC are 2pc seal with a neutral balanced flywheel (exc 400cid)
86-up SBC are 1pc seal with external balance.

Yes it would work, but I personally would prefer a 16lb scalloped style flywheel, more commonly known for being used on the L69 thirdgen engine and the L88 427.
