700R4 Issues
Is there a way that I can keep from toasting my clutch packs with the torque that is coming out of my engine at low throttle openings when the 700r4 doesn't have much line pressure. I am starting to get a slip on the 2-3 shift again but only at very light throttle. This is the third transmission that has done this. 2 behind the 355 and now this one behind the 312.

Bigger servo ('Vette servo), and a larger boost valve. Can also increase the 3/4 clutch pack feed hole (a little!, not B&M style). Servo installs from outside of the trans, boost valve from under the pan, open up 3/4 clutch feed need to drop valve body.
Can also pull some timing at that area to reduce the stress on the trans.
