Hey guys (and girls )


My TH350 in my 'maro is a strong runner, however, above about 30 to 35 mph, when I go WOT it will not downshift to 2nd gear. There is plenty of power left in the band when I manually downshift. I don't know jack about transmissions (they scare me a bit lol) but I really wanna get this working right.

do you have a kick down linkage installed?

 

Ummmm, I dunno honestly.


It will kick down below 30 to 35ish, past that it won't though.

Well, can't right now (I'm at work and its not my DD) what should I be lookin for anyway? Like I said, I don't know jack about trannies...

 

A cable from the transmission to the throttle arm.
