Flywheel Alignment Dowel Pin

I am putting a 350 from a 79 Pickup in my 86 Camaro, and installing a manual T5 in as well, and I have a question. The mounting flange on the crank has a hole for an alignment dowel pin, but no pin. The flywheel has the matching hole, but no pin. Should I get a pin and install it, or not worry about it? If I need to install it, does that have to be pressed in? Unfortunately, the engine is already completly built! Where do I find a pin?
Thanks.
Terry

there is no dowell pin on 2 piece rear seal engines, or in other words the flywheel isn't indexed.
