Groaning during 1-2 and 2-3 shifts
Have been reading an dhave a few ideas, but was wondering if any has heard of this before. While accelerating with medium throttle, I hear a groan/shudder during shifts from 1-2 and 2-3. It also shifts hard while downshifting, bucks while releasing the brake from a stop and seems to pull to hard while stopped with the brakes on.
Have read posts about torque converters being continuously locked. Is this a possible cause of the bucking and pulling while stopped?
Not sure what would cause the shuddering/groaning.
The car only has 52,000 original miles but did sit for an extended period of time. Believe it or not, it didn't start haveing the shudder/groan until I flushed and filled the tranny fluid.

Corrected the bucking from a stop while releasing the brake. Had a loose/broken ignition wire. Now I have to replace the Taylor Spiro Pro wire.
Still feel the shudder while it shifts from 1-2 and 2-3. Anyone have ANY ideas?

Got no replies, but I figured I would let you know the solution anyhow. I adjusted the TV cable and what do ya know. Not only does it shift better, it doesn't make any noises going into 3rd and 4th anymore. I've always read how to adjust the cable, but hadn't seen any symptoms of one being out of adjustment. I could pull about 1/4 inch of cable through the throttle arm. Adjusted it, pushed wide open throttle and it clicked a couple times and the slack was gone.
