Car: 1985 Berlinetta

Engine: Megasquirted TPI

Transmission: Transgo 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.42

tv

I attempted to adjust the TV cable.... no clicks. it appears to be stuck all the way out. What harm will this do and how do I fix it?
