TRANSGO shift kit Q... is this the same kit??

Axle/Gears: '01 3.42 10 bolt
the one in the picture probably doesn't come with an instruction video like the ones advertised in summitt. this is the transgo version of a full shift kit. while.not the easiest kit to work with i liked it a lot.
