I have a 3.73 9 bolt w\disc brakes posi. I would like to keep the disc brakes. It is going out, about 120,000 miles on it and I think it is time. I want to know what other people have and what you suggest. Something that will bolt in directly, new or used.

You making a ton of power? If not then you can rebuild the 9 bolt or build a decent disk 10 bolt. Find a new carrier for the 9 bolt, all new bearings, seals and ring/pinion. Or find a 10 bolt and do the same. If you're putting good power to the ground, slam some aftermarket axles in a 10 bolt with a better than stock carrier. If you're putting serious power down or plan on running slicks, an 12 bolt is always nice.

Try to find a take out diff, SLP used to have them for $99 but when the Fbody production stopped so did that deal. They pop up on ebay. Whatever you do, stick with GM gearsets, they tend to be quieter.
