Strange knocking sound

Transmission: TH700-R4
Strange knocking sound
Hi guys,
another problem appeared on my car. I thought the knocking sound was a problem of my engine, but after standing under my car, I think itīs my torque-converter. It only appears while idling, very loud in "D" or "R" but not so loud in "N" ( Cause the RPM is higher and no load on the engine, I think ). I unscrewed my Torque-Converter and the knock has gone. With the TC connected, my flexplate is "wobbling", without it isnīt. Is it a cracked flexplate or could it be the TC itself ??? - How could I determine the cause without removing the transmission ???
