Ring and Pinion set-up?

Does anyone out there know of anyone in northeast Ohio that can set up a rear end REASONABLY? I will get the gears and whatever else I need from Summit Racing. The rear end is super clean, 3 series posi. out of the car, but has a broken tooth on the ring gear!

most dealers, heavy truck shops are good sources, transmission driveline shops, it isn't like working for NASA, lot of people can do it
