posi tracking advice

I am thinking about having my standard rear changes out for a "posi tracking rear." However, I don't know much if anything about what kind to get or where to look. Is it worth getting a stock posi from a 3rd gen camaro or are there other options that are heavier duty?...are they sold new?, or would it have to be used?...any help would be appreciated...

jegs sells some very good pieces, you can buy used from swap meets, ebay etc. i'd look around for the 4th egn take outs, but i tihnk they're getting harder to find. i'd go with 28 spline and clutch type, not the old cone style.
