I tried a search with no results. I can't get the transmission crossmember to line up just right, it looks like it needs to move to the passenger side a little bit, but I can't get the transmission to move. Any tips from anyone?

Get a big prybar and pry the tranny over. You can also try loosening the motor mounts if the pry bar doesnt work.
Tried the pry bar method, like right after I wrote this i figured that out. Worked great, thanks anyway.
