Engine: 350
Transmission: 700R4
looked can't find it

I know I've seen it, but can't find the thread. What size th350 works in 3rd Gens? I remember seeing that there were three different lengths. Which conversion kit do you recommend?

the long tail shaft is a direct swap, but it wouldn't be hard to make any work. i like the b&m kit

Axle/Gears: 3.43
If you find a TH350 out of a truck i believe they are very common to have a long tailshaft.

I'm looking and all I'm finding are 350 short shafts. What does it take to make a short shaft 350 work?

Axle/Gears: '01 3.42 10 bolt
disassembling the transmission to change output shafts and switching out the tail housing when you are done doing that.
