Local garage and they dont charge core, Ive got a friend willin to buy mine for $100....so total out the door is around $550 for this "Gold" level trans....is this a good deal and are the parts good?

The parts listed are descent parts. They total about $325
That leaves him about $325 labor.
Both numbers seem fair.
I have never heard good or bad about this trans builder.
If he is assembling them properly(I can only assume that he is) This is about as cheap as any rebuild can cost. If you buy one, post the results. No one ever talks about the good guys. Only condems the bad ones. Maybe someone else here has used them and will chime in.

did a search on the places phone number and stumbled upon the South FLorida F Body forum......apperently some people have gone there and wont go anywhere else after going through them...so I might check them out tommorow.

really? ive been looking at them too. im almost skeptic because its such a great deal. ive also been looking for some more reviews about this company. $325 labor for a rebuild isnt that awesome, but for a 700r4 it is. let me know what you find about them. thanks a lot.
