Transmission Crossmember Questions

Hi Guys, I'm putting a TH-350 in my 82 z28 and the transmission crossmember has another mount that goes on top of it, about 10" long, then the transmission mount bolts to this mount that I'm talking about.... Well, the rubber vibration isolators on this longer mount are shot, the rubber is completely falling apart...

Where can I get new ones, what are they called... I tried to get a set from Advance auto parts, and the guy didn't have a clue as to what i was talking about....

Thanks!

I bought the Energy Suspension poly from Summit. ENS-3-1109G (black) or ENS-3-1109R (red).
