BW 9 bolt 373 $165

I recently found a deal on a set of these gears from Jaws gears. $165 for a set of 3.73s (7 3/4 Borgwarners) brand new. I jumped on them right away, the cheapest I could find anywhere else was $300. It was advertised as Yukon gears but I recieved a set of motives. Are these really 9 bolts? And how are the motives as far as quality?

Motive is the OEM supplier to GM. I am running a set in my 9".

That's a great price for those gears. Please let us know if they work out.

well as far as i know, yukon and reider racing both offer the ring and pinion as welll as the overhaul kit

reider racing gave me a quote on their gears and it was 299. that includes the 110-120 dollar install kit with the bearings and such

They look like they are good quality and stamped "Made in Italy", so it seems like an overal good deal. I just didnt know motive made gears for the 9 bolt. How does the quality compare to the "American made" yukons, should I complain and try to get a set of these instead? Thanks for your responses.

Those look legit..
10 teeth on the pinion and 37 teeth on the ring. Which is a 3.70 gear ratio which is what the 9 bolts are availible in.
I was gonna pick some up at that price but I can't get on the jaws gear site. Does your motive box have a part number on it?
