I put in new bearings last week w/o lubing them and the bearings are now shot. The passenger side rear bearing is leaking pretty bad. Also the bearings on the ends of the differential, what should I use on them, the same stuff as the axle bearings?
I'm going to tackle this thing this weekend so if you know, let me know.
Thanks!

i've used cup greese, white assembly lube, and gear oil, all seemed to work fine. i also spin the wheel and tire a bit by hande before i let it off the jack.
Is 'cup greese' the brand name or style of grease?

Cup grease = grease that comes in a cup rather than a bottle
You can use just about anything, as long as it doesn't have fibers. Not too much that you can get has fibers any more; if it does, it's usually called "U-Joint grease". Don't use it if it's called that. Other than that one thing, you can use about anything; white lithium, moly, regular wheel bearing grease, blue grease, trans jel, just pour some rear end lube on them, anything. I use the Mobil1 synthetic as assembly lube alot.
