I went from 2.73 gears to 3.25 gears. The speeo driven gear is 38 teeth, I went out and checked the speed of the car with GPS and when the speedo reads 100 I'm going 85 mph. did the math and i need a 44.7 tooth gear or in readlity a 45 tooth driven gear, where can I get this? Do they even make a 45 tooth driven gear? I assume the gear would be bigger so I would need a different holder for it that would compensate for the bigger gear. Maybe I'll have to change the drive gear too. Anyone have any info on what speedo gears are available for the 700r4?

 

The 45 tooth driven gear part #'s are 9775187 for the cable driven speedo and 25513052 for the electric. You can get them from the dealer.
