if i bought a camaro w/ a t-5 trans and then dropped a tpi 350 in it would the trans hold up to the 345lbs of torque? has ne one experienced this to know the real answer?

Several of us have put 350's and T5's together with various results. As long as you dont abuse it, the T5 will last. Abuse includes racing, burnouts, high speed driving, etc.

Mine broke two passes after I ran the timeslip in my signature.
Then I put in the T56.
