strange shifts and no speedo
i have a 1988 gta(digital dash) which i just recently switched to a carb set up from TPI. everything worked great before the swap. i took the car out today for the first time and noticed that the speedo just keeps saying "0 mph". so i figured maybe a wiring issue due to the computer not controlling anything. then i noticed that the car only shifts now only when the rpms hit over 3000. so to go 2nd to 3rd it wont shift till 3000 rpm. any thoghts?

well i did more searching and i think it might be that little box that is attached to the outside of the ecm. i disconnected it and dont remember hooking it back up. think this could be it?

yes everything is working now, well the speedo at least, im still working on the trans issue
