I'm gonna order all parts to do it at summit,but I want to know if the b&m kit ref:30299 is needed to put th350 in place of th200c??

The TH350 does not have a torque arm mount. So you either need one of those kits (B&M, Hurst) to add the mount or you can do the 700R4 tailshaft conversion. Try a search.

 

I just made one myself, My friend bought the kit for his so I looked at it and made my own...Been in there for 4 years now no probs.

Well thats up to you, yes you need something to attach the torque arm to the Th-350, The B&M is a very simple kit, Its your choice to drop the money or spend 5 mins looking at it and seeing what it takes to make one. and 20 mins to fab it up. Not everyone likes fabbing stuff up.
