Engine: 383 carbed
Transmission: Th 400 tci super street
Axle/Gears: 3:42 9 Bolt
Turbo 400
hey guys ive been lookin around for information but its far an few with this trans... so i have a t-5 car an it will not like the 383 stroker thats being put in febuary.. so i need to swap in a 400.. i need to know whats involved in this swap an any parts ill need..

Axle/Gears: Currie 9", 4.56 gears
Actually, there's plenty of info if you search. Also, you might be better off going with a built TH350. It's lighter and takes less power to run.

A turbo 400 is built a little stronger i hear but what are you going to be doing with the car racing or cruising?

its just a toy car made to kick some ***.. i will be drivin in on the road but its basicly just being built to race..

well a 350 is good but i would say a 400 if its made to run hard will hold up better. My dad went through 3 350's racing but when he got a 400 no problem ever. just to let you know.
