My friend wheelstanding87 has a transpak kit from B&M part #70235 is this kit any good? I can get this for $85 is it as good as the trans go kit. And what exactly is this a shift kit and what does it doe like give me 5spd shifts?

I use this kit alot. Good, low budget way to firm up the shifts. I have one in my own car. Transgo is more expensive, much , much more difficult to install, but is probably the best shift kit out there.
B&M modifies the accumulators, alters the valve body, and seperator plate. Trans go makes those mods, mods to the case of the trans, and extensive valvebody mods.
