Aluminum Driveshaft Quality
I am going to get an aluminum driveshaft eventually not really anytime soon cuz I have other things to worry about, but I was wondering if it would be best to save money on a used one or spend the dough on a new one. New ones usually run about $350 but I can probably get a used one off the board for what about $100. What you yall recommend.

A DS is an aluminum pipe. If it's balanced, you're good. For 250 I had a custom DS built w/ seamless 3" pipe, 1350 ends, and a forged yoke.

So are you saying my OE drive shaft is aluminum? I'm probably just confued. I would love to have that 3 1/2 on there especially for only 300 but I don't have the right rear-end for it. I might just go new, I would rather have an beefy 3" than an old 88-92 2.75". I got time to think about it anyways.
