i seem to remember seeing an aadvertisement in a mag that was claiming to have physically bigger(stronger?) gear sets for the 7.625/7.5 rears. can anyone confirm this? got a link or website?

7.625 is the bigger set for the 7.5 diff. You can't go bigger without changing a lot to the diff. The diff itself isn't designed for a bigger gear set.
