i did a t-56 swap...i know it's the driver side where the wires connect to the tranny for the speedo but which one? and how does it connect? do i need to customize it to fit with different connectors?

the sensor is just under the shifter, next to the driveshaft. It is a weatherpak connector that simply snaps in and if you are using the stock 89 harness, then you will need a late model pigtail since they are actually smaller.
