My converter currently locks up at 43 MPH. That's a bit low with 3.08's. Is there a different pressure switch that can be installed to make lock up happen at 55 MPH ? I have played with the TV cable and all that does is make it rev way up before shifting.

This trans has everything in it, beast,kevlar bands,koleen steels, transgo shift kit.

I like to install a 4tgh gear only lock up kit in them. Cheap, simple to do and makes it a bit nicer to drive. 1 simple option. Reprogramming the chip is another. I prefer the lock up kit for 4th gear though.

 

If i ever get around to putting my other car together and get it on the road its going to be a toggle switch...
