E.T. gain switching from 700R4 to T-56

Just curious if anyone has info on the E.T. gain on switching from a 700R4 to a T-56? My built 700R4 has a 2400 stall. My car runs 12.5 at 110 on drag radials with a 1.7 60ft. I cross the quarter about 5200-5400. When i dynoed my car it makes peak TQ at 4300, peak Hp at 5900. I know the gear split of the T-56 is much better. Any ideas (or guesstimates) on my E.T. gain if i did a T-56 conversion?

well, it could be some or none, can you drive stick well? you'll get some power back by using manual, but consistency will go down. also depends on many other things. with everything in your favor i could see a few 10ths at most.
