Please Help! throw out bearing keeps going

ok i got a 88 firebird with the 2.8L and 5 spd trans with the hydralic clutch. had 130,000 KM on the original clutch and throw out, clutch engaged at the very top and thought it was worn so i swaped in a new clutch kit, i got the flywheel machined, new disk, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing. but i did not bleed the clutch system as i known nothing about it and my haynes manual says nothing about it.

3,000 Miles the throw out bearing went, swaped out a new one and 500 miles later the second one goes although this time it is a bit differnt. the symtoms the car has been having is some metal grinding sound only when the clutch is in but seems to be affected by shifting differnt gears even at a stand still. some days i will not hear it at all then others i will hear it constantly, getting worst latley. i have been driving around 600miles since the noise has started the last time.

So since i installed the original clutch in the fall and it has a 3 year warnty i got another one that im going to swap over this weekend.

My questions are,
#1 Is it the throw out bearing that is the problem?

#2do you suggest i just install the new clutch and bleed the clutch and try that out?

#3 and could i get some Directions on how to bleed the clutch out??

#4 am i missing anything else that i should be doing in the clutch overhaul?

Please help me out i gota do it in the next day! !!!!

is it still applying towards the top of pedal travel? doesn't sound like air in the hyraulic system. you could try bleeding it. all you have to do is crack open the bleeder valve on the tranny and fluid should drip out, if no fluid, leave it open for a little while and fluid should start to drip out.

ok and do you do it with the engine off or running? no pumping the pedal like bleeding brakes? and the hyralic part to bleed is mounted on the bellhousing not tranny right?

i believe the bearing has no pressure on it at all when the pedal is released because i am getting the sqweeling sound coming from the clutch fork pivot ball that i did not grease when i put the clutch. and the noise goes away with light force on the pedal.

engine off. you can push pedal to the floor and open the valve then close the valve and let the pedal up. yea on the bellhousing.
