higher stall speed

well i have a 700r4 (60 degree v6) and right before thirdgen went down there was a post were a guy with a v8 trans swaped his torque converter for a 4.3 s-10 one because it had a higher stall speed. I was wondering if there were any 60 degree v6 trans had stock higher stall speeds then the firebirds and camaros with the 60 degree v6.

I am not a 60* V6 transmission expert, but IIRC, the one behind my 3.4 is actually one for a 3.1 4T60E FWD transmission. Don't take that as fact though as I have a hard time recalling details from 6+ years ago. The one I have stalls around 3,500 in a 4x4 GMC Jimmy with a Turbo 3.4
