Did the 85's come stock with a posi? and am i correct about the ratio being 3:23 ?

 

mine was a 3:42 rear stock and lsd..... i don't know if the lsd was stock but the rpo code was like g92 i think...

 

RPO G80 was the limited slip OPTION, nothing was standard. Most cars did not have a limited slip rear.

 

more than likely.. what did my 85 come with from the factory?

I do have 4 wheel disk..

Well my 85 iroc Cam with a 9-bolt 277 Posi Bog Warner Rearend which is a great rearend as it is still nice and tight along with sitting getting decent gas mialge on the highway. I do know somew came with a 323posi also. Hope this helps
